L\u2019accord a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 en marge des Assembl\u00e9es annuelles 2026 du Groupe de la BID, tenues \u00e0 Bakou, en Azerba\u00efdjan, du 16 au 19 juin 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019op\u00e9ration b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de la police d\u2019assurance contre le Non-Respect des Obligations Financi\u00e8res Souveraines (NHSFO) de la SIACE, structur\u00e9e en faveur de First Abu Dhabi Bank en qualit\u00e9 de souscripteur, tandis que le Minist\u00e8re f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des Finances du Nig\u00e9ria agit en tant qu\u2019emprunteur. La police offre une couverture de 95 % r\u00e9partie sur deux tranches : 276 millions USD sur une dur\u00e9e de sept ans et 350 millions USD sur une dur\u00e9e de neuf ans. En att\u00e9nuant le risque souverain, l\u2019intervention de la SIACE joue un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans la facilitation de l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux financements internationaux et dans la mise en \u0153uvre r\u00e9ussie de ce projet d\u2019infrastructure embl\u00e9matique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le projet de l\u2019autoroute c\u00f4ti\u00e8re Lagos\u2013Calabar constitue un \u00e9l\u00e9ment central du programme de d\u00e9veloppement des infrastructures du Nig\u00e9ria. Une fois achev\u00e9, il contribuera de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 renforcer l\u2019int\u00e9gration r\u00e9gionale et la mobilit\u00e9, en facilitant la circulation des biens et des personnes le long des r\u00e9gions c\u00f4ti\u00e8res du pays. Il favorisera ainsi l\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique, r\u00e9duira les co\u00fbts logistiques et renforcera les cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commentant cette op\u00e9ration, Dr Khalid Khalafalla, Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la SIACE, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab \u00c0 travers cette transaction, la SIACE d\u00e9montre la valeur concr\u00e8te des solutions de couverture des risques conformes \u00e0 la Charia pour soutenir la r\u00e9alisation de projets de d\u00e9veloppement de grande envergure.
